The initiative is part of ongoing efforts to improve  financial inclusion, digital literacy, and economic empowerment  across the country. This programme is being implemented through the  Presidential Committee on Economic and Financial Inclusion (PreCEFI)  under the Office of the Vice President, with support from both local and international partners.
